The purpose of this project was to have students make a food web to review terms
and also demonstrate their knowledge of how matter and energy are transferred
through an ecosystem. Students were to pick an ecosystem and make a poster
of a food web that included 10 biotic factors, 5 abiotic factors, 5 food chains
with at least 3 trophic levels, one predator-prey relationship identified, and
each consumer labeled as a herbivore, carnivore, omnivore, or decomposer.
