The Unit 1 project had students investigate a fish kill in the fictional town of
Riverwood. Students sifted through the data collected over the past two
years and the first week of September to determine if any abnormal
concentrations of substances were present. Using the data and the
knowledge gained in throughout the unit, students came up with a cause to the
fish kill and who was responsible.
